4.3 of existing Transfer policy reproduce as under
4.3) Further, in cases of change of jurisdiction of Commissionerate e.g. during cadre restructuring etc., postings at places falling within the present jurisdiction of the Commissionerate, which earlier fell in the jurisdiction of another Commissionerate, shall be treated as posting in the present Commissionerate. Thus, for example, a posting in Bharuch which presently falls under Bharuch Commissionerate, during the period prior to Cadre restructuring, when Bharuch fell under Vadodara-II Commissionerate shall be treated as a posting in Bharuch Commissioinerate.
During the meeting with The Commissioner, Audit - III on 29.01.2016 for Review of
Transfer/Posting/Rotation policy for Group ‘B’ Executive officers of Vadodara Zone, it is learnt that the whole period of service rendered in Division Vapi/ Valsad in the erstwhile Daman Commissioinerate will be reckoned towards Valsad Commissionerate (Present Commissionerate).
Therefore the officer who have worked in Division Vapi/ Valsad in the erstwhile Daman Commissioinerate or present jurisdiction of Valsad Commissionerate before cadre jurisdiction may show their such tenure in Valsad Commissionerate in their HOP.
